A ello contribuye sustancialmente la personalidad de su autor, que además de ser puertorriqueño, caribeño y latinoamericano, pastor y teólogo, es profesor de Biblia y literatura hebrea en el Colegio Universitario Dar al-Kalima en Belén, y ha escrito la presente obra desde la Tierra Santa, específicamente desde Jerusalén, donde reside.
